The next step
If you are interested in using Kappi Creative for logo design work then the process will begin with the completion of a questionnaire by yourself. The aim of the questionnaire is to gauge what type of colour scheme, genre, and style you feel would be best suited for your business logo. It will also ask what logos you like and those you dislike. Don't worry though it' not a huge list, just enough questions to provide a starting point for your design. The more we know about your business and your preferences then the better suited the design will be.
Once we have the questionnaire and have received the logo deposit we will begin the initial design immediately. ( Sorry but we need the desposit as a sign of your intent to proceed. It shows your professionalism as a business. In the past there have been businesses who ask us to design logos only to pull out after the work has been carried out due to lack of funds or for various other reasons).
What do we charge?
Kappi Creative aim to be transparent in all our charges, that's why for logo design we make one single fee of £150.00 with a deposit of £70.00.
No hassle, no fuss and no hidden charges.
How many logo designs do you choose from:
As part of the design process kappi Creative will provide you the client with 5 designs for the price quoted in the web site. The designs will be based on the feedback you provide to Kappi Creative ie: colour scheme font style likes and dislikes, thoughts and concepts concerning the focus of the project and the feeling you want the logo to project.
We provide an initial set of drafts for all customers, however the first set of presentations number five concepts. Should the client require alterations then we ensure that the final designs will be to your satisfaction. Our aim is to provide designs your are happy with. Any drastic or new directional focus causing the redesign and initialization of the project will be subject to new logo charges.
What file format are the logos provided in?
- Inkscape SVG (Scaleable vector graphics), Plain SVG, EPS & PDF (portable document format). The original design artwork will be performed using: Inkscape, a scalable vector graphics program. These base svg files will allow you to edit the designs in future should you require.
- Everyday & General Use: 300dpi JPEG file in RGB colour mode.
- Print standard format: We will provide a print standards specifications sheet for your printer to use as reference.
- Email/Web: PNG files have become common on the web and very effective.
- Additional formats such as GIF can be supplied upon request
How do you pay?
We accept cheques and cash, direct bank transfers and direct debits.
Simply click on the specific payment link and you will be taken to a payments page - it's that easy.
Do you provide illustrations as part of the logo?
Sorry but Kappi Creative do not provide or include illustrated logos.
So what's the difference between a corporate logo design and an illustration?
Corporate logos are simple but easily recognisable designs like Pepsi or Shell oil. An illustration is more like a cartoon of drawing.
What if you don't like any of the logo designs?
Should the client be unsatisfied with any logo designs then kappi Creative will present you with a completely new set of designs. If after the second set of designs you are still not satisfied we will refund you your money, less a £70.00 service fee.
Who owns the copyright of the finished logo design?
Once the final payment has been received, you the client will possess full copyrights to the design chosen. See terms for further information.
